IT WAS PICTURED ON THEIR SITE AS AN ACTUAL CHAIN SAW...SO YES MOST DEFIANTELY YES THIS PLACE IS A SCAM OUTFIT...I TRIED 3 TIMES TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF...THEY KEPT SENDING THE SAME RESPONCE,,,,GE WE ARE SORRY THAT YOU AERNT SATISIFIED WITH THE PRODUCT...
