I suspect this is a scam, I order 3 hug ring from them on the 14th January and received nothing, I’ve email lots of times and get nothing back from them, just an automated email 1to7 and had the same message 4to5 times I will be contacting my card provider to Action Fraud. This company should be taken down from sites, I work hard for my money, to have nice thing, not to be ripped off Regards Julie
I also ordered 2 rings with gift boxes & have received nothing. I have emailed twice & was given a Hermes tracking number still nothing. I am now contacting my bank as this is a scam. Facebook should not allow these people to advertise. Disgusted
I ordered 2 rings on 3 January and I have not received them. I also think this is a scam. I will contact my bank to try and resolve this matter
I suspect this is a scam company who will take your money and send you nothing in return, I submitted an order on 2nd January for 3 rings which my wife had asked me to do, something made me suspicious so asked her if she had checked the company out to which the answer was no and so I did a check and immediately "smelt a rat", 30 minutes after ordering I went back to their website for information on cancelling orders which said "orders cancelled prior to processing will be refunded in full" and to contact them by email to do this which I did. I received an automated reply asking me to reply giving reason for contact by selecting a number from 1 to 7, 6 being "cancel order “which I did 3 times receiving the same automated reply on each occasion. Needless to say I have heard absolutely nothing from this company, I have therefore raised a disputed transaction with my card company and reported them to Action Fraud. Post note; this company also operates under the name Labubu who have similar 1 star reviews on Trustpilot. Regards Neil
