Same here, hunterofficial.buzz took the money on 15th January and no boots...I contacted them to ask where my boots are and they said we have a problem with my zip code and asked me to send a full address and phone number..which I did twice for them since I bought my goods.I did it again.. but then I read all of this reviews and realised I have been conned..I asked them to refund me my money before they send me any scarfs or sunglasses..I think I will wait for it long time😆

I contact my bank and they refunded me my money back.

    Lesson is learned

I ordered a pair of boots for myself, it wasn't until I got my credit card statement through I realised I had 2 payments taken out for totally different amounts on the same day, I rang my bank, they blocked my card and sent claim forms out to me to fill out, still, no boots, can't believe I have been so gullible x

    • February 25, 2021 at 8:30 AM by an anonymous user from: E2, London, England, United Kingdom

      Me too! Never again!

  • January 29, 2021 at 4:07 PM by an anonymous user from: Reading, England, United Kingdom

I went to place my order - put selected boots in my basket and noticed random other stuff in the basket instead - tried again and then went to check out - someone else’s name and full delivery details with card details were filled in the fields - very bad! Lucky I’m honest

  • January 29, 2021 at 7:38 AM by an anonymous user from: Belgravia, London, England, United Kingdom

  • January 28, 2021 at 5:37 AM by an anonymous user from: Belgravia, London, England, United Kingdom

I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of boots and received nothing...Facebook should be responsible for all this damage. They should check in advance whom they are advertising

    • March 1, 2021 at 6:00 AM by an anonymous user from: Kent, Orpington, England, United Kingdom

So annoyed with myself! Ordered one pair of £27 Hunter boots but got a crappy pair of fake Ray Bans! Thank god I didn't spend more money as the offer was free delivery if you spent over £70...was so close to doing that. They have since agreed to pay me back 50% of the money which I've accepted just to get this over and done with. Won't hold my breath about receiving that though. And to think the site looked so slick and authentic when I saw it on Instragram. Shocking!

    • February 25, 2021 at 8:32 AM by an anonymous user from: E2, London, England, United Kingdom

Totally agree...that’s why I bought as though we’re reputable on Facebook...live and learn hey!

  • January 27, 2021 at 12:57 PM by an anonymous user from: Belgravia, London, England, United Kingdom

My wife ordered boots and had payment taken twice and received a scarf.Trying to get refund but they are not agreeing. They want scarf returned at our cost and only offered 40% refund when they receive scarf back! They do not respond to the fact that they have taken payment twice! A scam.

    • February 2, 2021 at 4:16 AM by an anonymous user from: Windsor and Maidenhead, England, United Kingdom

I had exactly the same experience: no boots but a fake Dior scarf and the same 'generous offer (Ha) of partial refund and refused my request for reimbursement of postal charges.

Lesson learned. Annoyed with myself too!

  • January 23, 2021 at 9:10 AM by an anonymous user from: City of London, London, England, United Kingdom

I ordered 3 pair of boots for my children and received a fake Dior scarf, I thought it was a genuine british site as it said GBP and looked secure, how stupid was I, I will have to contact my credit card company to see if a refund is possible.

  • January 21, 2021 at 6:56 AM by an anonymous user from: Reading, England, United Kingdom

I ordered boots from Hunteoutlet.buzz and received fake sunglasses. The payment was taken by teitanblood in France. I thought I had ordered from a UK company

  • January 18, 2021 at 6:58 AM by an anonymous user from: Middlesex, Hayes, England, United Kingdom

I ordered boots & received Sunglasses! Wish I'd checked this site out but had assumed advertising on Instagram/Facebook would be legitimate.

  • January 7, 2021 at 1:42 PM by an anonymous user from: E2, London, England, United Kingdom

I have used this site. Shall I cancel my card?

I would recommend you do so and get a new one to prevent any fraudulent charges.

  • January 4, 2021 at 7:16 AM by info

Any website using the domain name customercarefor.com for their email address is a scam.

  • January 3, 2021 at 9:22 AM by an anonymous user from: West Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom

I’ve just ordered some boots. The confirmation email was a totally separate company so I emailed them to confirm shipping address as it’s different to the address on my card. They then emailed back said it’s nothing to do with them contact the supplier, now I can’t get on the site or get a response from anyone. I’ve just contacted my bank and they can’t do anything until tomorrow. It may be the boots turn up but it’s doubtful looking at this. Be careful x

    • January 4, 2021 at 10:37 AM by an anonymous user from: Kent, Gillingham, England, United Kingdom

I'm in the same boat. Cant cancel payment with the bank, cant cancel order either.
