I purchased and received 5 leather belts…received them beautifully wrapped in a custom made box, a free leather key ring and a very soft pouch to store the belts in. I’m sorry and surprised to hear about the negative experiences others are having.

I recieved my bag and it is not what they have pictured on your website and videos.

1st...instead of a nice box and dustbag they show in the ad, I got a cheap cardboard box and a bag wrapped in plastic.
2nd...the bag I recieved is not the bag they advertise. It is a cheaper version with different lining.
3rd...the "gold" hardware feels like plastic with some "gold" spray paint over it.
4th...I didn't even recieve the leather care card that supposedly comes with every bag
They advertise offices in NY and have a CA phone number, but when I got my shipping notification it was shipped from China.
3 of 4 numbers are out of service.. 1 is Google voice and never answered & I'm only getting automated responses from emails about refunds but they won't answer any questions.
