Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped at the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I ordered a pair of shoes that was reported delivered; however, I never received them. I tried looking for a contact number with no success and tried emailing my concern to have my email not delivered. I tried through PayPal to get a refund with only having my case declined. At least the company should have replaced my order as being lost or at the moat delivered to wrong address. I have advised family to not consider ordering from onbela.com. Unsatisfied customer. I ordered a Peanuts ornament tree. It was horrible! I got an email from Lucy asking me to cancel claim with PayPal. Do not order anything fro this website.
I ordered a miniature full metal 8 cylinder car engine - boy was I surprised! The engine is nothing similar to the photo. Plus, the size of it - too small! This product is overly priced, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS ONLINE STORE, what a ripoff!
I ordered 2 Limited-Time 2021 Sale-Santa Musical Carousel and got 2 wind-up musical carousels, the boxes were beaten up they were good enough for my granddaughter but not what I ordered. I will be the first to say, I ordered a Christmas present for my father-in-law and what I ordered wasn't what I received, so according to their return policy I had 15 days after receiving to return. I emailed the customer service and I received a reply from Lucy stating it would be too long and too expensive to return, I should keep it. So DO NOT order anything from them.
