I keep receiving that same message the last few days but it is coming from my own phone number! Obviously I'm not going to "block" my own number. I will report it, but I don't know what else to do. Happening daily for the last few days. Grrrr...

I wish people in America would repent
My card was charged $7.95. I called my bank and believe it or not the merchant has a phone number on file. Here’s their phone number 1-855-429-7298. The phone number doesn’t work. These scammers are really stupid. This is a hassle. The bank will just have to reverse it. They are not going to make a fortune doing this! We are living in the end times and I wish people in America would repent instead of going on sinning living a sinful life! 😂 🤦🏻♀️
It may be The End Times, but phone scams are too common to be an indicator of them. I don't even have Verizon Service and I've been hit with this scam. Enjoy the End of Creation and try not to be as judgemental as the anonymous user from Arizona.
You are a bit crazy, right?
These scams are not perpetrated by people in America; they are done by foreigners who are not governed by our laws. They are spoofing the phone number you see on the text.
What if I clicked on the link?
I received this message and answered it by mistake. now what do I do?
Sounds like you check the credit card or bank account you use to auto-pay your phone account and make the necessary changes they recommend to secure your account.
