Am the same , biggest rip off on the net , PayPal should have some knowledge of there trading and warn you prior to you purchasing the rubbish they send out , I have returned the item and asked for it to be sent back , so they not only stole my money but also the item, beware of the con man Donald rich

Don't send anything back. PayPal refunded me as soon as I warned them to dispute this transaction with my credit card issuer.

Paypal won't help they will expect you to return the parcel and wait for the seller to confirm delivery but the seller will never confirm it so you lose twice if trust PayPal. The only way to get your money back is to contact your credit card support and dispute the transaction with them.
