Articture located at articture.com is a fake online store. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I made an order on their website in August 2022 and it never arrived (ORDER #97735). I emailed them and they asked me to fill out a claim for the shipping company. I asked them to refund my money and they have not done so yet! Its been 6 months!
Correction - the fraudulent charge actually appeared on a different card than the one used with them so not connected. The rest of my comments stand.
Horrible experience. I realized after ordering that it is probably illegitimate. It’s one of these sites that offers better and barter deals after check out. First clue. I ordered some plate sets and serving dishes. I was emailed by them a week later that one set is not available, another week later that another one isn’t available. I asked them to cancel everything since I wanted dishes that go together. They didn’t. Instead I received two small plates (which I thought would be sets but that could be my mistake). One plate has Articture printed on the bottom, the other doesn’t. Quality is horrible. The other stuff which they never refunded has also not shipped for over a month now. They are not cancelling it. They are horrible about responding to emails and clearly ignore their content. I’m addition, about a month later an unknown charge appeared on my credit card. I was alerted to it by the bank’s fraud department. I cannot guarantee that it’s related but I suspect it.
Poor Dropshipping company from China products. Totally Scam
