The "Geek Squad Subscription Renewal" scam below is being sent by online scammers who are attempting to trick their potential victims into calling the fake Geek Squad helpline number 1-855-531-9789. Therefore, recipients are asked not to call the fake telephone numbers. The legit Geek Squad telephone number is 1-800-433-5778.

What happens if I already called the number and told then I was reporting them to the FBI Internet Scam Division and that I was sending a copy of their e-mail to the FBI. I'm really nervous now, because they have my telephone number. I wish I had looked here first, as the first thing it says is "DON'T CALL THEM"! KNOW WHAT DO I DO?
