Aruelute located at aruelute.com is a scam and fake online store. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped from the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Ordered a fence stretcher, email said money wouldn’t be taken until shipped, money was taken immediately. Contacted PayPal and opened a dispute, was refunded my money. BEWARE!!! This is a Chinese based company. There was no mention of the company until the transaction was complete. When you get the emailed receipt is when you find out.

100% Scam !!! I purchased a Hose Reel from Aruelute and never received it. Reported this to eBay, Aruelute gave eBay a tracking # and said it was delivered to me by UPS. I called UPS and they said that tracking # was not sent to me, but to someone else. I questioned UPS as to where it was sent. They couldn't give me that info. due to company policy. Contacted eBay SEVERAL TIMES and still waiting for an answer.

100% Scam. I was given a FedEx tracking # but when it wasn’t delivered I contacted FedEx & was told my tracking # did not match the seller information or the delivery address. I called PayPal & told them what FedEx had told me & thankfully they refunded my money.

Aruelute Online Store is definitely a SCAM !!! I ordered a Ames Hose Reel from them and never received it. Aruelute gave me a tracking # indicating that they did send it. I called UPS and they said that tracking # did not ship to my address and could not tell me where it was shipped due to security reasons. Also the package Aruelute did ship to whoever weighed 3.30 lbs. My hose reel weighed 14.250 lbs. I paid using PayPal, I contacted PayPal several times giving them the above information, but as far as they are concerned I received my item. I guess I'm going to eat the $72.42 Do NOT buy from this company !!!!

Scam! Ordered dewalt product on may 26, 2021 for father's day only to realize I wont be getting it. Just filed a dispute with paypal!

This is a SCAM website, I have purchased Miter saw on the website and didn’t receive any shipping info. The used PayPal foe my purchase, I will try to get the refund through PayPal. I hope 🤞 I’ll get the fill refund.
