I received a card with my order stating to register for my product warranty and receive a free gift. Never received anything to verify warranty registration nor any gift. I called and was advised I would receive the free gift (air fryer) after filling out a product rating form. Completed the form on Amazon and I'm still waiting for the "free gift" to arrive.

Frigif.com Website

My friend also ordered a Bluetooth dongle and got a card with a link to frigif.com/2522. But, after entering my Amazon order number on the page that the link took him to, it did not work. He sent an email to them and they respond from an entirely different email domain and send him to fixcrs.com, which looks just like their old website and an exact copy of frigif.com.

What a ripoff, I don't see where they are gainning anything but email address's. Won't accept order numbers. Don't waste your time.

Total scam. Won't accept order number. They hoping a free gift offer will bribe people into giving good ratings. If I was business man, I'd send gift with order as a nice surprise. Much more likely to get positive feedback that way. This just sucks.

I ordered a Neck massager which I gave yet to figure out how to use plus a $30 Amazon gift card included once warranty was registered. Well it won’t take my order number I took right off my order. So yeah this is a rip off. Just might return the darn thing and choose another seller. The gift card isn’t worth the cardboard it’s printed on.

I also scanned the code…then it said I had registered for the warranty but I never received an email confirmation. Also, no prize received. It all seems sketchy to me and I’m counting on Amazon to back the products they sell if something goes wrong.
