It seems that the Flash Rewards system is a scam. They have promotional deals that you complete in order to get a gift card. The scam is, they say you must complete X number of deals in a specified timeframe (ie 20 days). It's fast to complete deals, but they don't credit you right away. It may take a week or more to get credited. And, you can't complete another deal until you're credited for the first one. This makes it literally impossible to complete all the required deals in the specified timeframe. There are many fake reviews on TrustPilot and a lot of fake Facebook pages. It seems they pay people to leave positive reviews. I was wary when they asked for a copy of my government issued ID, and collected a ton of personal information.
They have a tiered system, where you have to complete all deals within a tier before moving to the next. The first is set up with just one deal each, to cause a delay in your deal completion and make it impossible for you to complete their required deals in the specified timeframe. I called for support and their support is in India and absolutely useless, and spout out only canned responses.

Is the rewards card a scam or no? I kinda wanna try it out but wanna know more information about it and if I should do it or not.
Yes they are fraud they keep ripped your money without approval and even after your subscription..do not get trapped .when you ask for a refund they make as if they are deaf.
They were using sheingifter.com but the website is down or sometime redirect to some spam website.
I just tried it right now off a TikTok ad but I spelled my name differently and used a spoof email address I have for spam mail. It got funky once they were asking my annual income and where I banked.
