Unsatisfied online users who have shopped at the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I purchased 2 Blackstone 4-Burner griddle over a month ago,from glazesslices.com a website of above mentioned products and still haven't received my order.They keep tell me it takes 10-20 workings days, last week 5hey told me 8n an email that it was delivered and I should ask my mailman, yet the tracking number they sent me keep saying in transit.

I certainly was NOT scammed by Blackstone.

In fact, in that I reported this a few days ago, with my reply not being published by OTA, is making me concerned about OTA.

The Blackstone Grill ( blackstoneproducts.com ) which I purchased 14 months ago has served us very well.

I have not needed to contact them for any problems, although they send me new hints, recipes and info about new products every month.

I purchased mine through amazon.com and have never had a complaint which was not satisfactorily answered by them (Amazon).

Now, whatever problem WE might have with Bezos, I trust Amazon completely.

So, if you got scammed, I am sorry, but I hate to see a very good company put down because of some other scammer.

Scammed me and PayPal will not refund as they provided a USPS tracking number, but the item was not delivered. Fighting the claim denial.
