TOTAL SCAM ordered back in June received shirt sleeves. Many emails and requests for refund with no results. Filed with BBB in California. Will be filing with Consumer Services and filing for legal action.

I placed an online order for Greenhouse on hlwww.rcelrp.com on Sept 4th but a wrong item (women's vest) has been delivered to my address. I immediately reported the issue by replying to an email id which I received the order confirmation. They responded after few days saying "I'm very sorry for the inconvenience,I have checked,the logistics accidentally sent the wrong product. How about we re-send the initial item to you?" So I replied and asked them to re-send the item. after a couple of follow-ups, they sent me a tracking id and a website to track shipping but the tracking website is not working at all. Since then I keep sending follow-up emails and they are only replying with a message "shipping in order ,pls wait " or "we will email you the tracking number. "
Its almost 4 months since I placed an order, I haven't received the item nor the new tracking information.

On 8/29 I ordered a grow bud system and watering system thru pay pal ..it took several attempts to get a tracking number from the company. Well my package was delivered today 9/30 from China and I almost cried… a freaking shower cap.

I just hung up from PayPal disputing the charge.

DO NOT ORDER ITS AN ONLINE SCAM!!

This is a scam. Do not order from this site. I ordered some paver mats and was told once the payment was received I would receive the item would be shipped. The payment was received and I heard nothing. I contacted them and heard nothing. I contacted my bank and claimed it as fraud.

DO NOT ORDER from this website. It takes almost 7 weeks to receive the order and the item delivered is NOT what I ordered and paid for. I received the cheap mitten instead of the Japanese Decorative Bridge.
