    I ordered mdse from them on November 8th 2021...they took my money and I haven't rec'd anything from them...Post office can't even track their tracking number...their email reply is a robot generated response...the only inkling I got that it was NOT A USA BASED CO...was from an email that said it was held up by customs...LOL...burned once...won't happen again...

    Do NOT order anything from this company. Their products are shabby. When I tried to return an item I had to fight with them and finally gave in and kept the article at a reduced price. They are a terrible company.

    Do not order from this company. I ordered three tops for my daughter, all size small. One was perfect, the other two were way too big. When I requested a return authorization, I was asked to send a picture of the items being worn. When I refused, I was offered a $5 refund on a $68 return. We call it the $100 sweater as Melelly refuses to refund my money on the items that were too big. I ordered size small so there is no way to receive a smaller top. They offered a different size but requested that I pay them more for shipping costs.

    I was happy that I received an email saying my order was on its way. Then I received an email stating that my order had been delivered yesterday! No order and they gave me a tracking number. I never heard back and am calling them tomorrow. Do not order from Melelly! They are a scam!

    I ordered 4 tops for $125 in early October 2021, and as of today, November 28th I have not received my order! My account was charged immediately after I ordered!

    Absolutely the worst! I bought $129 of clothes. They said they were made and shipped from USA. Actually came from China. They said free returns for 30 days, they refused to give me a label to return, told me I'd have to send them to DubaI at my expense. Stay away!

    I have had the same problems. The items don’t look like they did online. I wore one and washed it the black is now navy. The other I didn’t wear. I asked for a refund on the tagged item and was offered $7 for a $35 item. I asked for a return label and full refund and they said it’s too costly to return and offered me $13. I will be calling my bank for a refund. $85 for 2 items I won’t wear

    I must say I was very skeptical to order from them as there are about 30 shops on Facebook with the same merchandise. They say they are located in USA and merchandise is made and shipped in US. It took two months to receive the 3 tops I ordered, but I LOVE them. Quality is very good, colors bright and bold as pictured, and they fit well. After 3 weeks when I had not received a shipping confirmation I emailed them and they said I could cancel order or wait a while longer. They did send a tracking number. I did not receive updates unless I initiated the tracking. It was a little strange as it went to several “partner” shippers and they were always waiting for item. However I really wanted the tops so I waited. They were ordered mid September and I received them Nov. 12. They did respond to my emails and they have a phone number.

    Placed an order. Took a month to receive. Item didn't fit. Tried to contact company for refund (their website states you can return items). Never responded, after 3 emails (email address provided on their website to get return authorization). Finally complained through Paypal. I heard from them today. They are offering me less than 1/2 of the purchase price as a refund (?). Clearly I will only be able to get my money back via Paypal. DON'T order from them!

    I ordered one item from Melelly on October 4, 2021 for a special 50 year high school reunion event to be held October 29, 2021. I was told it was shipped at least 2 weeks prior. I was unable to track the package and received it the day after the event that was out of town from my my home. To make matters worse, Melelly sent the wrong item…something I did not order. I have corresponded over eight times. I finally was asked, “will you accept $6.00 to keep the product”. $48.98 was deducted from my account the very day I ordered in addition to a $1.67 fee. I am finished with this company and will report to my banking institution. Please do not get taken by this company.

    I ordered 9 things from Melelly on 9/11 and just received the items yesterday. I tried on everything and the fabric that said it had elasticity didn't, so therefore it would not fit my chest area. I emailed to ask for a mailing label as explained on how to make a return, but after reading all of these comments I am feeling like I am going to be stuck with about $300 worth of clothing that doesn't fit! This is really disheartening that companies can get away with this! We'll see if I get my mailing label, but I'm not holding my breath now. So disappointed and my fault!

    I wish I would have looked into this company before ordering. As I am reading these comments I too have had the same issues. Made in China was the first that infuriated me when if was stated made in the US. Quality and size were the second issue and after contacting them I got the run around.     The clothing online is different than what you receive. Because their return location is in Dubai, they will haggle with you on returns, asking you to accept a 15% to 30% refund on value and keep the clothing so they do not have to pay for a return label.

      I purchased 2 tops for $62.98 (not counting shipping) Sept 25 & rec’d them Nov 3. Not as depicted on their website & didn’t fit anyway. They offered me $30 & keep items. I said “NO” so they offered me $54. Going to accept it (let’s see if I get it) plus place a dispute with my credit card company & PayPal. Learning experience I wish I had not had to experience! Will donate them to Goodwill…hopefully someone can get some use out of them.

    I ordered from this company the first week in September and received my items the last week in October after being sent a tracking number at the beginning of October, which continually told me that the items hadn't been received by the post office yet. This is not an American company. I tried to return items (they are c**p, nothing like the photos) and after numerous emails back and forth, they offered me a small amount of credit to keep them. When I said no, they came back with a little more, less than 1/2 of what I paid and said it would be too expensive for the postage to return them and basically said take it or leave it. They did not provide an address where I would be returning them to if I decided to return them on my own. It remains to be seen if I ever receive my 1/2 refund, but the credit card I used is a reliable one, so if I don't see the credit I will be contacting the credit card company. Shame on Facebook for running ads again and again from this company. I really should have known better, but the ad did say they were a US company.

    I ordered some tops from Melelly. It took 3 months to get my order. Absolutely ridiculous, but I liked the tops when I FINALLY got them. And I only got 1/2 of my order. They cancelled the rest of them.

    Well as the old saying goes “a sucker is born every minute”. I rarely purchase items on line but I saw an interesting sweater that I wanted so I ordered it on October 23, 2021. On October 24th, I tried to cancel the order within the time stated as I saw that they charged me for 2 of the same item.. I sent a text and was told to cancel as the order had already been shipped. However, they had not wasted “ 1 “ second in processing my credit card. This issue has been on going with texts bank and forth since the October date. One text said that it had been shipped onOctober 29th, another falsehood… no package arrived . Another text from me asking for resolution on this order. Their response back. Was that my order was

    ‘Dispatched’ on October 15th. Today is October 23rd and still no delivery!

    Do you think that I am a little more than disappointed. Yep. I will continue to text them about my order. Am I a sucker who got scammed…perhaps …but I placed this order in goof faith trusting that it would be honored.

    Just received three tops and they are much too small and very inferior quality. I read their return policy and it stated that I needed to contact their customer service department and they would send a form to be filled out with instructions for the return. I have tried several times to reach their customer service and called the number listed, but it was a disconnected number. I knew this was a scam when I could see a Chinese label on the front of the package covered up with another label. I guess you live and learn!

      The person on the phone tried to get to open up a link at WWW.MSUPPORT909.com. And when I asked more questions on what this link was for, he cursed me and called me a filthy B and more!     This company is dishonest. The clothes ship from China, not from the US. I requested a refund via email with no response. I called their customer service number and spent an hour trying to get my refund. . I finally hung up and checked my credit card. There are hundreds (if not thousands) of these China c**p companies out there under different names, but probably out of the same sweat shop.     People, run from this site! Do not order - it’s a scam and while they advertise made/shipped from USA the customer service rep told me it’s from China. Company immediate charges your card; no follow up and when I received an email, the order # provided wasn’t legit! Customer service while patient took 90 minutes to get refund. Horrible scam- rep said all orders come from China and are unable to get any products. Call (607)438-3498 and be prepared to take 90 minutes to get your refund!

    Do not buy from them. If you have an issue and want to return your item you need an authorization from them or they won’t except it. I’ve written a dozen times and I still can’t get them to give me an authorization. They offered six dollars if I kept the item that doesn’t fit or an exchange but because of all the issues I’ve had with them I don’t want to keep it
