Is I Got You This Instagram Posts a Scam?

I keep getting the "I Got You This Instagram" posts or messages below. Can anyone tell me if they are scams. I haven't seen any with a link for me to click on it to dowload a file or visit a website. If you have any information, share it in a comment below.
