I received two Shop Pay Verification Code text messages. Both say "[six-digit number] is your Shop Pay verification code". Both have the same six-digit number. One is actually from the Shop Pay text number 22395 but the other identical text is from (833)961-1963. This looks like a scam and, of course, I did not enter the six-digit number into the Shop Pay website. I do not have the Shop Pay app on my phone.

its a third party authentification service that reuses the same number, how to block is a mistery try texting stop, I guess, its not a whole phone number
I received exactly the same message through an Instagram website. I’ve blocked my credit card. No monies yet taken out but I feel foolish that I didn’t pick it up sooner.
Just block the number when it comes in.!
Scam. Shop pay is a useless wet noodle in the help department.
This happened to me too. I am afraid my information has been compromised. What is happening, does anyone know?
