Scam online site….

I ordered a play nursery set for my granddaughter for Christmas. I never received it. They would not reply to emails and the website is no longer available. Paypal didn't refund my money

I ordered a DVD box set never received it the tracking number they emailed says it was delivered to Alabama I live in Pennsylvania. Still didn't get my item I sent hundreds of emails they have not responded and the stores no longer online.

I ordered 3 sun cast shelves 6 months ago.they were paid with my debit card.never got them.they will not respond to any of my emails.found address in New Jersey. Turned out it was someone's home and not a store.

I, too, ordered items which I never received. They didn't reply to my e-mails.

Tried to buy some tires. Didn't recieve tires and they charged my visa. Just got money back after threatening them and contacting my bank and contacting New Jersey Attorney General. Don't buy from them don't walk away, run away.

DONT EVEN BOTHER!!! they sent me a confirmation that my item was shipped out but tracking is in Chinese. After almost 6 weeks never received my item. Sent them an email, after one week no response so I disputed the $25 charge on my CC

The company is a fraud!!!! Don't buy anything!!

Ordered a transfer product from on October 7, 2022. Still have not received my order and today is December 7, 2022. Company is a complete fraud.

Ordered wet and dry vaccum on October 7th 2022 Today is December 5 2022 no vaccum received

Sent 5 email to them ( they have a gmail account as their email address) No response

total fraud. My Bank PNC (credit card) informed me that they cannot refund the money as they are not authorized

to refund the money charged. So I am totally screwed. Pl do not do any business with BROKEN ANGEL.

Totally scammed as well. The tracking number was from Europe and the item was delivered to Texas yet my order two months earlier was to my home in Virginia. Multiple calls and emails to no avail. Total rip-off.

Yes I got scammed too. I ordered a rollatorfr from them they took my money and I received nothing asked for my money back no response it has been a month now so I guess I will just have a get my bank involved to get my money back.

I got scammed, but feel better it was only for $24 for a replacement battery on a UPS. Seeing how much others have lost makes it obvious that there needs to be better regulation or at least universal protections in place across borders.

We too were also scammed. They used the company Zycamping .com and took they money out right away. That has since taken down their web site and can not be contacted.

On September 23, 2022 I ordered 2 oil filled radiatiors. I never received them and the site is unavailable now.

I was scammed by this website. I've reported it, but have little hope for a refund. I hate people like this.

I too got scammed by these people on October 10th, 2022. I was on the phone with M/C when the charge came in. They use the Merchandiser Name: SERVICELINAN.SHOP when they charge your card. All their email address, phone numbers, street address are Fake. I eventually got the charge removed from M/C but took several calls and hours on the phone.

I did it too. $48 for a serger case. Just gonna watch the statements for unauthorized charges as I don't have the time to fight it now. $#%^ scam artists.
And me being stupid for "too good to be true"

Got scamed for some bike pedals. Specialty item so surprised they would even have them listed to bait a buyer. My credit card company flagged them and I should of listened to them and cancelled right then. Luckily not a big sum but do wonder if my card nunber got sold. Stay away from these jerks.

I AM SO MAD. I ordered tires on the 30th of October. $90 & a friend ordered $50 tire too. Via PAYPAL. I did receive 3 emails.
1. Asking if there were any issues checking out.
2. Telling me to complete my transaction.
3. Again, transaction bc they will only hold for 24 hrs.
This was all AFTER purchase.
I have replied numerous times with nothing and now the site is nonexistent!
I feel like an idiot bc I KNEW better but still want some justice with this dumb fu*ks!!!!!

Total scam site...Same as the other comments...just reported the dispute to my cc company.

Ordered a guitar case. Similar to other reviews, I received a confirmation and a tracking number that was taking me to a site in Chinese. After waiting a few weeks, I contacted company and no response. Had to dispute charges with credit card company. Now it looks like site is no longer available. At least no one else will get screwed by this site.

Wish I had seen these posts prior. Unfortunately, I'm now also a victim of the scam. I thought I did my homework in checking them out. Placed an order on 10-12-2022, received an e-mail next day that it was being shipped. Haven't heard anything since. Tried to check on shipping status, and the page came up in Chinese. I've already contacted my bank to refund the money.

D**n I placed an order for 2 bottles of shampoo never received it plus never received no email or anything from them p****d of customer out of 56.00 trying to get my bank to refund money back.

Bought a charger item for a drill amd guess what, the exact same thing as those other comments happend.. Took the money blocked me amd shut down the souce and or website.. Been waiting 2months.. Somebody please find a way to police this sh*t or put these frauds in court..

I sent 35 dollars for a motherboard. Never received it. I went back later and found that the website was not found. SCAM

I ordered a steam mop and never got it they took my money twice one for $32.09 and for 20.09 they thank me and never sent it to me the $20.09 I never gave permission to take it

I just reported this company to the credit card I used for the transaction. If I would have found this page first I would not have bought anything from them. I advise everyone here to DISPUTE THE CREDIT CARD CHARGES AGAINST BROKENANGEL and under no circumstances pay for those charges They are not legit. They have a base in New Jersey. The owner appears to be, according to American Express, LILITIANTANG (LILITIAN TANG) The tracking number they sent is in China and all in Chinese. Just do not pay the charge. DO NOT PAY THESE THIEVES.

Scam! Scam! Scam! I spent 80 dollars on this website for something for my children. Never received anything. Tracking information led me to unidilla New York post office. I'm, I live in Missouri. That's over 13 states away. So when ever you order from here some one in New York is getting unknown packages that us hard. Working people paid for. It's not what we thought we ordered though.

More of the same. Ordered an item 3 weeks ago and was given a tracking number. It supposedly was delivered in another state, different city and address. Lesson learned!! Scam company!

Scam website, item never received, vendor never replied to my email inquiries. When I disputed the charge with Paypal, the vendor claimed item was delivered and provided a USPS tracking/delivery number with my zipcode. So paypal denied claim. However, the tracking number was for an Etsy purchase for another person in my same zipcode (different name and address). Provided this info to Paypal and received my refund immediately.

Does anyone know the address h**l I'm disabled and they ripp me off but a good ol a*s woopen would do them some good

Ordered tires on Oct 10. Got a message saying thanks for your order. Got another message saying your order is on it's way. Tracking does not work. Othe messages set by me get no reply.
No Oct 17, will go to my bank today and contact my State Attorney General and New Jersey Attorney General

Same thing happened to my husband. He ordered tires and they have never come. They said they were on the way two weeks ago. We’ve heard nothing. Even emailed them. Still nothing. Sorry that happened to you!!

I ordered a toy for my granddaughter on September 28. No email saying they received order or any other communication. When I check my bank it shows the money went to Zycamping.com. What is going on; is this the same company?
