Is Sofabeauty a Scam or Legit Online Store? Review of sofabeauty.com

I have had months of emails back and forth with this "company" and 2 different couriers apparently.

The strange thing is, when we initially did our purchase we ordered TWO (because it was such a great "deal") but this company declined the 2nd order stating due to the promotion only one per customer at this time.

What a rip off. And months of my wasted time, I even had to send proof that someone signed for my order that was not me with a picture of my passport and signature. I wish I could just get my money back. :(

Last year I ordered a sofa bed from sofa beauty and I paid for it but after four months I didn’t receive it and I sent lots emails they sent me other one, but unfortunately I never received it!!!!!!
How can I get any response from you guys?

Be careful with this website sofabeauty.com. This is scam website. You pay money for item on that and it never come even they send receipt and shipping tracking number. Everything is cheating. I lost $99 on purchase at Sept 22

Yes I was just scammed by sofabeauty from a sept2022 purcHase via a facebook game app

I buy something from them and pay $99.00 but the product never come.. if you tracked their numbers, you cannot find it.
