Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Online users who have shopped at the fake store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions cancelled and money refunded.

Ordered Xmas wreaths and Fall wreath for my door. They were advertised for $9.99 each. I ordered 3 and never got them. No refunds/No communication.

I ordered 2 tees and got two purse compacts!! No refund, cannot get a legit email address on them. RIP OFFS!! Scam!!

I ordered a tree in October never got it and now they are saying it's mistake I put in wrong address which is a lie. After several communications they said error will refund only 70 % so p****d off to no end I. Taking action asap

I ordered a tree from them back in early November and reached out to their support email address only to be blown off - they thanked me for my interest in purchasing a product instead of actually responding to my email. I finally got a delivery and it was a pack of toothbrushes like others are saying. Trying to fight/dispute the charges with my CC company as this is a total scam :(
