Boots never came!

Scam. Boots were not as advertised.

I ordered a pair of boots Dec. 3 and haven’t heard nothing.

They are so fake! All the photos on their website are stolen. The boots smell like acrylic paint and were shipped in a duct taped bubble mailer. They are too dark and feel stiff. The back label of them say “sports fashion” and the bottoms don’t even look like Uggs.

Scammed by this company! They shipped my extremely poorly made boots in a small bubble envelope causing them to be damaged. When I contacted them to tell them about what happened they asked for photos as proof. I provided photos of the damaged boots, how they were packaged for shipping and the poorly made boot which had the interior material showing on the outside of the boot. They told me shipping back to the UK (even though they were shipped from California) would cost $20 so they would refund me 30%. Please beware though, if you say you don’t want them, you get no money back! If you say they’re faulty (like mine were since they were too small and damaged) they will offer 30% back. After 17 emails back and forth they offered me 50% refund and when I asked to speak with someone to express my concern they told me their lines were down. Absolutely disgusted by this company, their terrible product and their faulse advertisement!
