They are a scam that will have a mostly legit looking website. They will email you a purchase confirmation and then send a tracking number email "when they ship your purchase". You will never receive the product that ordered. Instead they have been known to ship something unrelated, small and cheap like a Data Cable (DO NOT USE THE DATA CABLE), Feather Pen, miniature model of the item purchased, a price of cloth or other random nonsense.
They will claim they ship from the US, the UK or Canada (depending on your location) but you will receive a tracking number coming from Hong Kong, China. They have been known to take down the website and remove the email address they gave you so you cannot contact them, and any phone number listed on transactions or websites will only play a busy signal or is no longer in service.
I was fooled by a Facebook ad for cbgsupport cat trees. You'd think Facebook Meta wouldn't let scammers like that advertise on their platform. They should be ashamed! Below and in the comments is a list of known names, websites, emails and phone numbers that the scammers have used. They all seem to link back to China and Meledo Company Limited.

Absolute fraud/scammers! They never respond to emails, claim that packages were delivered but to a different address. Just a total fake site. I'm disputing the charges with my bank.

I just checked on the statue of my package. and it was delivered 11/21/22. If you look at the starlink it said it was on Fairview loop. clearly not my house. I did get a data cable set with my tracking number for the cat trees that I purchased and never got. I will be going to the bank tomorrow.

Fake company. Ordered a cat tree received a cable sorter. reported as fraud to financial institution.

Ordered a cat tree on 11/1/2022. Just sent this site to my bank for refund.

DONT FALL FOR THIS; I was scammed out of $37.98 which I am disputing. Thought I was
ordering a Pet Cat Tree and got a $5.00 Chinese Cable Data set. Nothing of what I ordered.
