Abhelpline located at abhelpline.com, along with relentplay.com, and divled.com appear to be a scam. Abhelpline, which claims to be a customer or techical support website, has charged my credit card $39.95. I called the company and I got someone who I could hardly understand what they were saying. I asked the name of the company and the person didn't answer. I gave him the last 4 numbers of my credit card to look up my account and I told them to cancel any unauthorized subscription which I did not sign up for. They said they would refund me.
After a few weeks have passed and I did not receive the refund they have promised, I called them again at 833-994-2730 and they asked me to go to abhelpline.com. Abhelpline only provides email and online chat support, they claim their telephone number is down.
After sending several emails and chatting with someone online, Abhelpline has not refunded my money, so I will be contacting my bank and opening a dispute to have the charges canceled and my money refunded.

I have had 2 fraudulent charges attempted this month. One for 39.95 and one for 4.95. My bank declined them and here is what info I have. They were run as being from poisonblakstream.com but apparently the actual business is abhelpline.com. They both have extremely vague sites and nonexistent customer service AND they both show up as phishing scams on Google.
These people did this to me and my bank declined my charge and the fraud dept reached out to me to see if it was legit.
You scam artists took $49.95...my bank is investigating...I might contact the appropriate federal authority to report your thieving a**es...

We just noticed we got scammed also. We have been locked out of our account for the last year. Just got back on and 39.95 has been taken out every month for a year. It also has changed names 3 times in that time so you all may want to make sure they haven't been scamming money longer than you think.
I am in the same mode as the last commenters. My card has been continuously been charged two charges each month. Not sure how they got my number as well. Will refer this agent to BBB as soon as possible. Also already contacted my bank on this issue.
Not even sure how these people got my card numbers. Charged just started showing up. Appears they are hackers to me. After scamming my card three times in one month, they said they needed my info to rectify the problem. Seems to me they've already got my info. Unreal!!!
I just found out they charged me 49.95 and 4.95. I didn’t order or subscribe to anything they just stole my money. My bank won’t do anything until the pending transaction clears then I have to wait 45 days to get my money back. It’s all I had for Christmas. And to feed my dog for the month. I don’t know how I’m going to feed him now, I know I’m changing banks before I get paid in January

They just took 49.95 out of my acc & when I call, they also had someone that barely spoke English, well she put me on hold & never came back & I am literally furious !!! These low life’s have to be brought to justice!!!
This is a scam, cancel your credit card to report everything to the authorities, this is a scam. Cancel your cardsl now people turning them over to the authorities just get these people in trouble they're charging my account every month and I don't know who or what
I just discovered they have been charging my account regularly. I have not done business with them. My husband passed away this year & I am trying to clean up accounts when I found this.

This is a scam. Something called BRA-STR has been charging my credit card $39.95 monthly for a long time - supposedly for movies and TV for a computer. I can't get them to stop, even though they said they would. Their email came from "Customer Support" - support-abhelpline.com. No company name! I'm cancelling my credit card and getting a new one. STAY AWAY!
Unauthorized charge of 49.95. Called my cc immediately. I had to change all my cc information. What an inconvenience. Not sure how they got my cc info. Certified fraud!

got a charge on my card for $49.95, the charge was for "caughtinbattle.com" the toll free number lead me to this site, and so I am adding to the comments. I pray that the scammers find another occupation to survive.
Just got scammed for 49$ on my credit card.My card is shut down.The way they did this is when I tried to sign up for Fobu.Authorities are aware.
Recurring USD$39.95 charge for the past 5 months. Cc statement says right-no.net. When I call the phone # provided, they are closed and suggest I go to abhelpline.com, which led me here!!! I did find a website and started a live chat where they asked me for my email (couldn’t find record) and first #s of my cc, which I refused to provide. The second I typed that I had launched an investigation with the fraud dept I received “Thank you for using live chat. Bye now!”Unreal!!!!

They handle subscriptions for places. Just had one for a Walmart $500 card scam to just pay shipping & handling of $2.95. I put it on my credit card so if it was a scam I could cancel and stop it. It was. Charged my card $24.19 not the $2.95. Told them I had taken pictures of everything and to cancel and refund the full amount so I get all these offers with svreduced amount and finally told her I wanted the full refund and a cancelation. Not 10 min. I had a credit on my card but not gotten the confirmation email yet on my cancelation. Wish they would use people you can understand and cares but cheap labor! I was p****d!

How do they get bank info.? I used my card at a vending machine for a snack, then this $49 charge appears on my bank statement! My bank shut down my card but if they scammed me once they may do it again!!!!
I just saw the same charge. I read it's a type of subscription and u have to unsubscribe. Will ask bank how to keep them from charging again.
I was trying to get on duolingo. I thought I was giving information to them but instead I was on a different site which is called Fraavy. This is a big mistake. I have talked with my credit card and they are going to take care of this. Please acknowledge this email. Do not bill me for making a mistake and also not purchasing anything. Tried calling Fraavy and they have phones down. I will not be purchasing anything ever. Take this as a cancellation for a mistake I made.
They charged my elderly mother out of $49.99 for a service she didn't sign up for. I already sent them a message. I will skip them and go to the attorney generals office and report them.

My debit card was charged 49.95 US and in return I'm in Canada so that was 69.14 CN. This was done by ALW-BE.com. I have no clue who they are. I called the number the website provides and of course they are closed. They said to go to www.abhelpline.com only to see reviews on all of these people getting scammed by them. Does anyone know who these people are? I will be contacting my bank tomorrow morning as it is pretty late now.
Abhelpline somehow gained access to my debit card and charged my card 39.95. I in no way authorized them to do so. I haven't a clue who the h**l they even are. Or whom they represent. Im so tired of all the scams out there. This is the 4th time I've had my account hacked in the last 18mo.

I am another victim of this scam. Fortunately my bank wellsfargo declined to pay it and notified me.

Today is Saturday August 12th 2023.Just noticed abhelpline put an unauthorized $49.95 charge on my card yesterday at 5:08am. I call and answering service say they are closed till Monday at 9am. The prompter automatically sent me to what they called a secure page to resolve the issue. All that page did was ask for my detailed bank information while showing that if I gave it to them they would charge my card again $10 for the first 7 days. I would then be on the hook for $74 per month auto charge.I will try Monday but if I get any runaround,I am straight to a bank regulating agency and perhaps the FTC
Scam. Reverse charge of $49.95! Husbands cousin is an FBI agent and will report you.
They just tried to take 49.95 out of my account and I don't know who they are my bank actually contacted me to see if I made the transaction I'm also in Florida. I think something should be done about this scam
Thanks to all concerned. On yesterday, August 14th Abhelpline refunded the unauthorized chrg of $49.95. I ask how could I prevent this from happening in the future. I was told to be careful when clicking on apps. The charge was for a streaming service which I can't use. I am sure I didn't click on a streaming app. Still don't know how they got access to my card.

They're thieves, criminal! Contacting my bank and also the FBI because they're in Florida and I'm in another state. That makes them a federal issue I think.
I went into something called Payrange but it took me to something called botwiswe.top I don't know what that is but I gave my MC number to it thinking it was for my laundry machine. So I want my card number [removed] to be taken off your list. This is not what I signed up for. And I was charged a $1.00 and for what?? My bank already checked it as fraud but I said to wait as I don't want to have to get another new card, as I've already gotten 2 new ones this year for fraud!! I don't even know how the h**l this, supposed, business got my info. I have never heard of Coldlit.com. I went to their website and it has all this bs about being able to contact someone 24/7. So I went to the chat site which said their business hours are blah, blah, blah. So then I tried calling the number that claimed to be open for calls 24/7. The recording gave me the business hours. I am not even going to waste my time with these idiots. I am just going straight to my bank and reversing the charges. It never stops! These fake businesses everywhere stealing money any way they can. These people need to be beat down. Anyone that makes a living by stealing people's money should be murdered.
