The "Post Office Depot Help" text scam below, which claims an attempt was made to deliver the recipients' parcel but no one answered, is being sent by online scammers. The aim of the scammers is to trick potential victims into clicking the link in it which goes to the fake and phishing Evri website postoffice-depot.help, which steals personal and financial information.

The website then attempts to trick visitors into submitting their personal and financial information. But, if the requested information is submitted, it will be used fraudulently by scammers. Therefore, if you were tricked into visiting the phishing website and have submitted financial information to it, please contact your bank.

As far as I can tell, 07774 960674 is a new source for this scam.
Our driver Simon... shipment...etc from number 447746269155 came up as a text message on my mobile, which is rarely switched on, and certainly not known by the post office. I couldn't have "tapped link" as my phone is a normal one, not smart.I would never give bank details over the internet anyway. I don't trust anything like online banking because of this sort of thing, I only use cash or pre-paid credit card!Take care and stay safe!

Received this very message on Saturday 21/01/23 tel no. 447746267677 the fact I wasn't waiting on a parcel told me it was a scam, watch out for it.
