They are pure scum, they will try to get you to cancel a dispute with the offer of a refund then will tell obvious lie after obvious lie as to why they have the worlds most inept system and staff surrounding their refund system. If you want to give money away, find a homeless person instead of giving to these criminals.

It's not a lie. I purchased a large mystery box pallet from them which is supposed to be Amazon returns, and received a crappy massage gun worth half of what I paid for. Avoid them!
