Bank Mobile Alert Text Scam Message Visa Card Temporary Locked

Scammers are sending the Bank Mobile Alert text scam below asking recipients to call 8773455143 or 8773459848. The telephone number is a fake created by scammers to trick potential victims into calling them. If potential victims call the fake banking telephone number, the scammers will pretend to be a representative from their banks and ask them for account credentials, personal and financial information.

I just received one of these with the 8089400539 number to call back.
The Justice Department needs to describe these efforts of fraud as "Crimes Against Humanity", find them, prosecute them, and punish them in the same manner as others - to the full extent of the law!
