The website onpointclaimform.com is not a scam. It is where people who have been tricked into entering personal information On Point Global’s bogus websites for Government Benefits to find out if they were eligible for government assistance programs, can find the Onpoint claim form that they can complete to apply for a payment. The FTC sued On Point Global, the company responsible for these websites and won a judgment. The court is authorized to pay up to a total of $17 million dollars to consumers who were harmed.

If you gave your personal information to the On Point Global, you are eligible for a payment. The company managing the refund process sent emails and postcards to people who are eligible. Legitimate emails related to this settlement will come from noreply@onpointclaimform.com.

Follow these steps to claim your money:

You must submit the Proof of Claim Form by August 31, 2022. If you do not submit it by this deadline, you cannot get any money from this lawsuit.
