Regions Alert Text Scam Text Message - 806-419-1755

Scammers are sending Regions Alert text scam messages to potential victims asking them to call 8064191755 and other 806 area code telephone numbers. The scam text messages contain "regions-bank-mobile-alert-186@region.com", which will make potential victims think they are legit, but that is a fake Regions Bank email address. The fake text messages will claim that an unusual transaction has been detected on the recipient's card so it has been temporarily locked. The recipient is then instructed to call 806-419-1755 or other 806 area code telephone numbers for help.
