Is Ousell a Scam or Legit Online Store? Review of ousell.com

I ordered some items from Ousell and they sent me shipment info. which I think was fake..ive been waiting items to arrive since I ordered in May. I don't think I'm going to receive anything at all. I'm so upset. They've taken payment from me. This need investigating.

The same thing happened to me I ordered a large leather backpack from them and never received my package,this was in February of this year.These people are nothing but inveterate liers,do not under any circumstances order anything from them,they lie,lie,lie,Do you know anyone in the world who likes a lier?Logic would dictate the answer would be no.You know if Allah (God) your Lord and my Lord hates a lier what does the mankind think of a lier?
Then they tell you to check with your bank for a refund and that it will take 10 to 15 days for a refund which is another lie they need to be put out of business immediately.MuftI Kifayatullah.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a small inexpensive item to test the company (Ousell) and I'm glad I did. The credit card charge goes through right away and after a month of waiting and following what appear to be bogus tracking information (I say bogus, because they never tell you where the item is, where it was delivered from, which processing centre or where the package passed through customs) then when the tracking says the package was delivered is was NOT. They then say they will resend and you get the same results, again still no package. Now it's been two months and the credit card company's hands are tied and no refund can be offered by the cc company and the fine folks at Ousell can not be contacted.
OUSELL IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER FRAUD AND SCAM!!!
I only lost $20 and change.
DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

Ousell is a complete scam. If it seems too good to be true, IT IS! Great pictures of quality merchandise with incredible prices....nothing but a criminal enterprise to steal your money. I've received nothing except a sarcastic email from "customer support" saying, "It's a pity that you did not receive the package." Additionally, the tracking link does not work.
