Last time I order anything from Facebook marketplace took funds got a receipt and never received goods. I should know better. But lesson learned.

My order never arrived. When I contacted the company, I was told it had been delivered. At least it was only $20.

They sent confirmation that they got my money and that was the last email I got. I never got my order. This was on November 8, 2023.

I have not received my order and now I see why. So I’ve been scammed out of $46.98. I’m on a fixed income and cant afford to lose that much money. I hope Facebook have taking them off so more people don’t get scamed

Ordered Willow Tree items as Christmas gifts on 10/30. Still not received Vanceone has blocked my emails so I guess I won't be receiving my order. This stinks I am retired and on a fixed income. I ordered these items because they were advertised on Facebook you would think they wouldn't help promote scamming.

Did the same thing a month ago and never received anything - just keep string me along. Called bank to reverse the charges on my account and they were good about it. Nothing but a scam. The bank suggested getting a new card number as some of these places will sell you card number down the line.

The red flag was the receipt with a telephone number that had too many numbers to place a call.
Thank goodness it was only a $30 mistake.

Ordered from this company. Charge went through on my card but no merchandise received.

I've been scammed abd I'm not an idiot by any means but the lure if a 'too good to be true ' Yankee candle sale lured me in. I have contacted the bank who, to be honest, weren't interested in assisting me abd suggested I wait longer to see if my goods will arrive!! As previously stated people, if its too good to be true it will be!

I made the mistake of ordering from this place. I guess I have lost my money.

PLEASE stop making purchases via social media, especially facebook!!! If a business is legit, it should always have an address, a phone number, verified protection AND safe/protective options for payments. Always, always look up a new/unfamiliar business before purchase-no matter what they're selling (even if that's construction equipment or tea cozies) and reviews. Scams will and can look legitimate & convincing, going so far as to slap things such bbb logos up. Always double, and triple check the websites you think you're using-especially if finding by ways of search engines.

Last but not least: IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS.

Also, please know specific brands will be the ONLY legit sellers of their products-this includes brands such as BBW. (And if you *have* to purchase from a third party-like a limited/past BBW scent item, do so on third party merchant sites with protection-such as on Amazon)

This is 100% a scam, thankfully in the time it took to type this post, she was able to have the charges reversed and a new cards being sent. Call your financial institutions, continue to dispute if you need to-some want to make it difficult so you dont pursue. Always use protective payment means-stop using services like cashapp to make ANY online transactions-and if you *have* to, transfer funds to a safe financial alternative first (even if that's buying a digital gift card from Target, etc)!

I ordered a bunch of yankee candles from an ad I saw on Facebook. Then it turns out I get an email from Vanceone Limited. Ordered on November 4th. Guess I’m not getting the items.

I fell for same scam. Been disputung charges since Nov 5 with no luck yet. Bank denied first request to dispute/refund.

I'm usually pretty savvy when it comes to scams, but this one got me. I was trying to track my order by going to the link Vanceone sent me and my antivirus alerted me. I just contacted my credit card company for a refund and I requested them to block any future charges from this so-called company.

This is definitely a scam !!! I wish I would've read this before they got me with the bath & body work scam!!! They need to be removed from social media and pay everyone their money back !!!! SCAMMERS !!

I should’ve known better also that Bath & Body works doesn’t sell candles for $2.90!!! What was I thinking!? I called my bank and had the charge removed now hoping nothing else gets charged to that credit card. Ordered Nov 7, 2023

I ordered items from bath and body works from my own app. But the receipt emailed to me was from vanceone. Never received product. Since then I've had other fraudulent charges on my card. I had to freeze my card and get a new one. Such a hassle.

I placed an order through a link on Facebook (Meta) to Cobble Hill Puzzles ( best puzzles ever!). The company was emailing me with questions while the payment had already gone through. The payment was processed by Vanceone limited. I thought it was odd I was getting questions about items in my cart while it said the purchase had gone through!

I did the same thing. Just wondering if you ever got the puzzles. I ordered some in the middle of October. I probably should have known better.

I placed an order for some Christmas presents back in mid-October. I never received the items. I didn’t have a clue they were a fake website, although I guess I should have! I found the email “order confirmation” that they sent me when I ordered the items. It is very strange. It doesn’t list the items I ordered and it doesn’t have any contact information. No way to contact them.

Same thing happened to me. Royally p****d. I called the credit card company and they will reverse the charge and credit my account. You should try that. Just tell them you’re contesting the charge because the company doesn’t exist and it’s a scam.

Contact your bank. Let your bank reverse the charges, refund your money and block subsequent transactions.
