Scammers are sending United States Postal Service(USPS) text message scams with a link to the fake and phishing website upotps.com using this fake tracking number 9214490240619237887393 and others like it. The fake USPS website has been created by scammers to steal account credentials and personal and financial information. If the link in the USPS text message scam text is clicked, potential victims will be taken to the upotps website where they will be asked for their information. If the requested information is submitted, it will be used fraudulently by the scammers.

My sister in law got same text msg with same tracking no. Showing ur door number is incorrect to update ur add you need to pay $1.50. The website looks so genuine u can't think twice to pay $1.50.
