Scammers are asking potential victims to call 888-397-5636 using a Best Buy Total Tech or Best Buy TotalTech scam email to renew their support subscription. Therefore, recipients asked not to call 1-888-397-5636 or 1-888-397-5635 if they are instructed to do by a Best Buy Total Tech email. They should instead, go to Best Buy's Total Tech legitimate website for information.
