    I got a PayPal fraud email claiming that I purchased a Samsung S 22 Ultra for $735.28.

    The phone number on that one is 866-307-6093.

    now it's Amazon from the same number 1 866 307-6748 sending a verification code for a transaction of $336.24 from an amazon pay account. If not me they want me to call them back at this number... scammers all the way... be careful out there... ps, I don't have an Amazon pay account...

    Yup, just got the same from Alissa Exe for $476 purchase of Bitcoin. "If you didn’t authorize this purchase, call this number. "

    I did because it looked genuine, happily no one answered.

    Got two emails within 5 minutes of each other. Very similar messages. When hovering over email sender link it said it was from Had to dig into the source info to see it was not from them.

    Of course always check your PayPal account from a source outside of the email to verify it's not legit.
