There are a lot of Planter Beds Wholesale, PlanterBox, or Costco Wholesale stores like the one below located at planterbox.store that claim to sell apparel, furniture, garden products and tools. Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the fake online stores. Online users who shopped at the fake stores are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to cancel their transactions and refund their money.

I feel for the same scam as all of you. They are telling me I need to find and return a very expensive pair of sunglasses before the will resend my order. Does anyone know if there is anything I can do or if there is a place to report this company that will take action?
I just received my planters!They came (I bought 2) in a very small package, yes! They were lovely cheap plastic sunglasses! Yes!I guess I need to put them on to be ready for the big reveal when the planters finally arrive! Right?
Omg I fell for that scam, as well but after back and forth communication about sunglasses, I finally had enough and told them I am going to the authorities and low and behold my money was refunded to my bank today. I almost fell off my chair.
I ordered a planterbed. At first I thought it was Costco. They tell me it was delivered May 25th, but I did not receive it!
I have called my bank. They say they delivered a pair of sunglasses and I ordered planter boxes. Facebook needs to verify their vendors. They are too busy policing what people say but ok with people ripping us off.
I am also in dispute with them - ordered 3 planter boxes - got a $1 pair of sunglasses - told they can’t now fill my order and offering 20% refund. Told me I can’t send the glasses back as they will have to pay import duty and won’t release an address to return the glasses.
I got scammed…said they were delivered… NOPE!
Same with me! Never received it!
I ordered a set of 3 garden beds Nd they sent me a pair of sunglasses. Told me I should keep the glasses and they'll refund me 20% and that's the best they can do. I filed a dispute with my bank. They're nothing but bald face scammers.
