Is mywinningcode.com a Scam Website? My Winning Code Review

Can anyone tell me if mywinningcode.com is a scam or a legit website? I was sent a code and asked to visit the website and enter the code/pin and my zip code. But, I do not trust websites I know little about. The only thing I found was that they are related to dealerapps.com.

I received a dealopoly card in the mail it says match 3 in the row I did in won 500$ how do I receive my winnings?

This is a car dealership come on. Even the fine print likely will not reveal that all codes appear to win, but only get you the lowest prize. The dealer will attempt to get info to use for mailings or other reasons.
