The fake email is being sent by scammers asking potential victims to contact them at the fake Geek Squad telephone number. If contacted, the scammers will attempt to trick their potential victims into disclosing their account credentials, personal and financial information, which will be used fraudulently. They may also be asked to give remote access to their computers.
