I want to know if AuraBloom is a scam. I tried signing up with them after receiving the text message below for a "free monthly package" that wasn't free, so I closed the site. If you have any information, please share in a comment below.

I was offered 1 free crystal a month for $13.95 shipping cost. Today I was charged just over $26 for 1 crystal's shipping. I wrote to customer service and told them to cancel and refund my money as I was never told about this. They claimed to have sent out an email about having to raise the price due to rapid growth (in a month?). I received no email. They then offered $17.xx shipping. I told them it was bait and switch, no. They said before they could cancel, they would offer the original 13.95. I told them cancel and refund, or I would dispute with my bank and send the email thread as proof, and negative review everywhere. FINALLY they cancelled and put in for a refund. I'm still negative reviewing everywhere because thiis is unacceptable.
I think it’s a huge scam. I ordered the starter box and cancelled the same day and was sent a box of crystals. Some of which were not what they said they were. Also dyed stones…. Huge red flag.
