I was disappointed with the finelo.com website. The ads are misleading, and communicating via email feels like I’m just talking to a bot. The 30-day money-back guarantee seems more like a joke than a promise. I do not recommend this service at all. I provided my card details on the website just to take a look, but for some reason, the website never worked for me. Now, I’ve just been notified that I’ve been charged $40 again, for reasons I don’t understand.
When I contacted their customer service, they informed me that I was not eligible for a refund. This is absurd. If you’re going to charge me, you should check my account history and reach out to me. If there are no activities, I should receive a refund. I urge someone from their team to contact me and offer a resolution to this issue as a matter of urgency. Thank you.

I never agreed to any subscription. I saw an ad on Instagram about building a second source of income, answered some questions, and was directed to download an app. I downloaded it but never logged in until I noticed an unauthorized charge. When I logged in, I discovered the app was a trading course platform—completely unrelated to the ad. I also don’t understand how my payment details were obtained, as I never provided them, and the charge did not come through the Apple Store.Charging me without consent and getting my data violates consumer protection and privacy laws.
This company is the epitome of "bait and switch". Social media campaign lead you to think that their program is either 1. a trial; 2. a platform that assists with investing. In reality, it is equivalent to a search or Chat GPT. Just a library of lessons that could be found anywhere. As soon as we realized that our card was billed immediately, we deleted the app and wrote to their "support" team for refund. Of course, they refused to refund.Terrible experience...shady marketing messaging...and overall negative experience.
