100% a scam. Don't trust things like this. ESCPECIALLY faxes. They hope that those who still fax will be naïve enough to fall for it. They prey on the uninformed. Inform yourselves and help fight the spam fax fight!
I received a fax regarding an unclaimed policy benefit. Seems like a scam to me.
We received a fax from this law firm about a "permanent life insurance policy".
