While Champion Strategy Holdings LLC is a legitimate, registered LLC in Georgia, reports and online discussions suggest they might be involved in debt collection scams, using aggressive tactics, making threats, or falsely claiming you owe money, so you should be cautious and verify their claims with official sources like the Georgia Corporations Division or your own records.

Signs of a Potential Scam

  • Threats & Intimidation: Demanding immediate payment, threatening arrest, or legal action they can't back up.
  • Unsolicited Calls: Contacting you about a debt you don't recognize or that's very old.
  • Pressure Tactics: Rushing you to pay without providing details.
  • Asking for Personal Info: Trying to get sensitive banking or Social Security details over the phone.

What to Do if Contacted

  • Don't Pay Immediately: Resist pressure to send money.
  • Verify the Debt: Ask for written validation of the debt, including the original creditor and amount.
  • Check Your Credit: See if the debt appears on your credit report.
  • Contact Official Bodies: Report them to your state Attorney General or the FTC if they seem fraudulent.
