There seems to be a PayPal scam using the name "Gail Salvatore" and spoofed email address "noreply@paypal.com." Therefore, be cautious of individuals using common names to request payments via PayPal for "fees" or "services" (such as pet adoptions) without prior verification, as these are common tactics used in online scams. I will update this post as I get more information.
