A lot of online users have reported receiving unwanted calls from this number, often pretending to be from Bank of America regarding unauthorized charges on their credit/debit cards. If you receive a call from this number, it is advisable to hang up and report it to your bank or the authorities.

An online user reported receiving a voice message from 18009010403 about a charge at Game Stop on his BofA card, but the user doesn't possess card and does not bank with BoA. He then received a text message disguised as a LCHS alerts about a charge at IGA in Billings, MT.
