877-431-2852 Spam or Scam Call?

I keep getting calls from 8774312852. Can anyone tell me if the callers are scammers or spammers? I'm getting tired of the calls.

Me too. I haven't answered or called back. They leave voice mail about taxes and abatements. Sounds like a scam to me
