- Verify Directly: If you receive a suspicious alert, hang up and contact Apple directly through their official website or the Support app.
- Report It: Report fraudulent emails to
reportphishing@apple.com and calls to the FTC.

- Remote access to your computer.
- Payment via Apple Gift Cards, which are never used for legitimate, urgent service issues.
