This message is to inform you that your Apple Account (j##@###.co.uk) has been temporarily locked until you can validate your Apple ID details on file. This is a security measure to protect your iCloud Account from unapproved use. We apologise for the inconvenience.
You won't be able to access Apple services or the iTunes & App Store until you verify your Apple Account ownership, we urge you to complete validation as soon as possible. Failure to validate your details within a 24 hours can result in termination of your Apple/iCloud Account to safeguard our system.

If you click on the link in the email message, you will be taken to a bogus Apple sign-in page. If you enter your user name and password on that bogus sign-in web page, it will be sent to the scammers behind this phishing email message, who will use it to hijack your Apple account.
If you were tricked into clicking on a link in the email message and entered your user name and password on the phishing website that you were taken to, please change your password immediately.
Never click on a link to sign into your online accounts. Always go directly to a website by typing the website address in your web browser address bar.
So, if you are asked to sign-in or login to our Apple account, always to go www.apple.com.
