Online users who have received Apple fiduciary emails like the one below asking them to send personal information to an agent are asked not to respond to the fraudulent emails because they are being sent by online scammers. This is how some scammers trick their potential victims into disclosing their information, which the scammers will use in an attempt to scam them.
