Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website, and those who have shopped from it, run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods, poor quality goods that look nothing like what was advertised, or nothing at all.     This is a fraudulent store.

    The infinity lamp I ordered did not arrive.I tried complaining with the bank but since the transaction happened last 3 February 2018 or more than 120 days now, they said that they can no longer dispute the transaction.

    The bank did not consider the fact that it took a long time for me to dispute since they kept on promising that they will make the refund or deliver the product.

    The last promise to refund was July 17 2018 only. It was only after the last promise that I filed a dispute form.

    I tried filing a complaint with shipify since it uses their platform but shopify said that they cannot regulate the transaction of their stores.

    If shopify could not even suggest to its stores to settle the issue what can it do to at least protect the customers that buy from the individual stores using your platform?

    Shopify compareed itself to a Mall while the stores as its tenants.

    The analogy of shopify to a mall is misplaced. Malls have actual real people selling in the stores unlike on line stores which don't have actual people with whom we can air our concerns.

    Aceroix stopped responding to my messages. They do not even have a physical address.

    I do not even have a way to know under what jurisdiction their office is if I would want to file a legal action.

    I am planning to file a legal action against Aceroix. I hope Shopify could at least relay my concern to Aceroix lest Shopify be dragged to this issue

    This one is odd:

    "2 purchases at the same time:

    - A backpack

    - LED light sculpture

    Total cost was about $400.

    Backpack delivered to Australia in 1 week. No problems - perfect and high quality / nice design - exactly as advertised."

    LED light - was allegedly delivered. I definitely wasn't. Been 4-5 weeks trying to resolved. It have now been 2 weeks since they stopped answering emails.

    Scam - maybe. Unhappy customers - yes, I am one!

    I should have known better than to order from this company. I'm smarter than this. I ordered a pendant light that was over $300. It took almost 2 months to arrive. Obviously came from China as the writing and instructions were in Chinese.

    Installed light and one light did not work. Contacted company for refund and was obviously talking to someone who had poor English and could care less about my refund.

    After emailing them several times and receiving no help I wrote my light off as a piece of garbage I wasted $350 on. Too bad for me...learn the hard way. Stay away from this company and all the junk they bring over from China.

    I can just confirm the article.

    Products made in china (never and nowhere declared) and shipment tracking sadly reporting goods at chinese airport since 5 weeks. Hoping to get my money back...
