Just google the email address "onlineservice@bsfzmail.com" that is given on the "Contact Us" page. You will find dozens of different sites using the same email address. My mum ordered a wig off of them, that wasn't up to standards upon arrival and they have yet to respond two weeks later to emails asking for a refund. Stay clear, and beware of any sites with this email address attached.
