They sent me the wrong item in my $75 order, and after going back and forth with them over email, they refused to refund me, sending me a cycle of poorly-worded emails that lacked any sense of professionalism and offered nothing more than false truths and a $5 coupon in place of a $20 refund?!?Are you kidding me?!? They should not be in business and have been reported to the Better Business Bureau.
