Is "VStroll" an Untrustworthy Online Store?

I ordered the Vstroll Murphy Bed...I was scammed!

My credit card (CitI VISA) paid the scammer(from China) even though I informed them I was scammed.

I've sent them numerous letters with testimonials of others who were scammed by Vstroll ad.

CitI card basically called me a liar and refused to refund my money.

They kept asking if I had returned the bed and/or contacted Vstroll for a refund.

HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I NEVER RRCEIVED????

The phone number for Vstroll had been disconnected.

The scammer is actually in China and used pics phone number and ad from a legitimate company in California.

Yes I pay too, never received nothing. I just lose my money

After 60 days I have neither article nor reply to more than ten e-mails.

Try opening a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.

I as well ordered the murphy bed and was delivered a plastic dollar store box.
I will be talking to Facebook about this as it was on their Website

I got caught ordering a Murphy Bed from these jerks, I must have had a brain f**t that day, they delivered a plastic box instead but got my money.

They had delivered it to someone else "Wendy in Tisdale Sask" before shipping it to me so she must have the same problem.

Now RBC Visa demands I return that box before they refund the money but the site says to contact them regarding returns to obtain an address but won't answer my emails.

Returning it to them just means they will send it out to another victim. Phoned the number given only to find it does not exist.

I have closed the Visa account now for two reasons, 1.) they have my card number 2.) the RBC making us jump thru so many hoops to cancel the transaction.
